Would anyone have rips of these they'd be willing to share? If so, please put you link in the comments. And for those of you who hit me up for re-ups, you might get what you want if you contribute.
Springfield Revival, who played at the 1973 Oscar Ceremony, their first album on Polydor (1972). They were like the New Seekers as to the Seekers, & Sprngfield Revival to Dusty & Tom Springfield's The original 'Springfields' ('Silver Threads & Golden Needles')if you get my meaning.

Many thanks again for all your good work, & been looking for those Sounds of Sunshine LP's for a long time. There is also a 4th album called "Nadia's Theme" BTW on P.I.P records.
I've never heard of any of these, but if I come across them at record show, I'll pick them up (if they're not supr-expensive).
For now, the best place to crowd-source obscure LPs is the Twilight Zone blog. Each day, they do multiple posts, but if you go into the comments of the last ones each day (the ones that sit at the top of the page), there's a big digital swap meet with multiple requests.
I've been hunting Lady Nelson and the Lords myself. I don't have it, but I do have Portia Nelson's albums from the 50's that are quite good if you're interested in them.
Do you still need Feelin Groovy? I converted my 2LP to MP3 the other year and could put it up somewhere for you -- in exchange could you re-up John Bunyan's Progressive Pilgrims? Thanks!
Hi ... yes, I'm still looking for Feelin Groovy by Terry Baxter. You can just put a zippyshare link here and when you do I'll re-up that John Bunyan record for you.
Here's a rip Mr Mondo,

ReplyDeleteDesperately looking for 'Porter Sings Porter' - Porter Jordan MC records! Turning to you for help
Sorry, don't have that one.
ReplyDeleteVery cool! Thanks.
ReplyDeleteThe link from ONE BITE, "Somethin Stupid" is bad, can that be re-upped? It looks good from the discog info.
ReplyDeleteI downloaded that ... but I can't seem to locate what I did with the file. Perhaps One Bite would re-up?

ReplyDeleteDo you still want the LAURA's album COMIN' APART? I have this, but the rip is not that good because my Stereo is bad and the Album is scratchy.
Hey Waj jr ... yep, I would love to have it, even if it is scratchy. Please post a link here. Thanks.

Cool ... to make it one link, you need to put the files in a folder, compress the folder into a zip file, and then upload that to zippy.
ReplyDeleteHere's Steve March. It's even got a skip in it, so it'll take you right back to the seventies:

I have limited Dropbox space so please let me know when you've grabbed it so I can free that space back up. Enjoy!
Many thanks!
ReplyDelete... I'll repost it soon so you can take it off your Dropbox.
